Birth Package

With the Birth Package, we will have two prenatal meetings, lasting up to 3 hours each. Each meeting will begin with a mental, emotional, and spiritual check-in for you and your partner (if applicable). We will explore your expectations, fears, doubts, beliefs, questions, concerns, thoughts, feelings, etc. about labor and review movement, comfort measures, signs of labor, etc. We will also discuss what to expect during the postpartum period and review lactation and breastfeeding. After Baby's arrival, we'll meet for a postpartum follow-up visit to give you space to process the birth.

This package includes: 

• 2 prenatal meetings, totaling up to 6 hours of in-person prenatal support
• 24/7 on-call support from 37-42 weeks of pregnancy
• Continuous labor support
• 1 postpartum meeting, totaling up to 2 hours of postpartum support 
• Digital copies of the Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Baby Feeding educational packets (physical copies provided for an additional fee)
