Complete Package

With the Complete Package, I will work with you as your birth and postpartum doula, supporting you continuously along your pregnancy and new parenthood journeys. We will have two prenatal meetings, where we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and questions about labor, review what to expect postpartum, and discuss lactation and breastfeeding. We will also explore your spiritual journey of pregnancy through oracle cards, meditation, birth art, fear releasing and manifestation rituals, etc. Postnatally, we will have 3 supportive meetings, focused on deeply nourishing you so that you in turn may deeply nourish your baby. For our final session together, you will receive a Closing of the Bones Ceremony, where you will be lovingly wrapped in Mexican cloths. Within this ceremony, you will have the opportunity to give voice to what your labor and postpartum experience has been and plant roots for what your parenthood journey will look like going forward.

This package includes: 

• 2 prenatal meetings, totaling up to 6 hours of in-person prenatal support
• 24/7 on-call support from 37-42 weeks of pregnancy
• Continuous labor support
• 4 postpartum meetings, totaling up to 12 hours of in-person postpartum support 
• Postpartum support may look like:
  • emotional support and Birth Story Medicine
  • ceremonial full body and/or foot bath
  • preparing nourishing meals
  • assistance with newborn care
  • assistance with breastfeeding
• Placenta Ceremony
• Closing of the Bones Ceremony
• Digital copies of the Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Baby Feeding educational packets (physical copies provided for an additional fee)
